Common questions

How many photos can I add?

Up to 25 photos and videos per dump. You need at least 4 to continue.

Some of my photos or videos didn't import.

iCloud photos and videos may need to download first, so check your connection and try again. Videos over 10 minutes or 1.5 GB aren't supported, and file types lala dump can't read are skipped.

Does lala dump upload my photos?

No. Photos are analyzed on your phone. See the Privacy Policy.

Why does it ask for access to Photos?

Only when you choose to save a finished dump to your library. Choosing photos to build a dump never needs it. You can change it any time in iOS Settings › lala dump › Photos.

How do I get my saved dumps back?

Open the app and tap Recents on the home screen, or Settings › Recent dumps.

How do I restore a purchase?

In the app, go to Settings › My plan & purchases › Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Or use Settings › Manage subscription in the app.

How do I delete my data?

Everything lives on your phone. Delete a dump in the app to remove it, or delete the app to remove all of it. We don't hold a copy.
